              (How to apply for funding from the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund for the year 2569 via online channels)

              Projects or activities applying for support must have a duration of no more than one year.

              The total budget for all projects and activities to be approved shall not exceed 300,000,000 baht (three hundred million baht).

              The scholarships are divided into three categories as follows:

              General Grant Category

              The limit is not more than 60,000,000 baht.
              (Sixty million baht exactly)

              There is a scope for the project or support activities.
              Under the independent category, and in accordance with the objectives of Section 5 of the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund Act B.E. 2558 (2015), such as campaigning, promoting, and supporting the development of safe and creative media; promoting and supporting broad public participation for the development of safe and creative media; and promoting individuals, community organizations, private organizations, and public benefit organizations engaged in media-related activities to produce and develop safe and creative media.

              Types of corporate capital in the media or social enterprise sectors.

              The limit is not more than 40,000,000 baht.

              The scope of the project or activity must include support for social benefit initiatives and demonstrate opportunities for growth and expansion, as outlined in the business plan.

              Strategic Capital Types

              The limit is not more than 100,000,000 baht.
              (One hundred million baht exactly)

              The scope of the project or support activities on this topic includes the following:

              1. A film production project that promotes morality, ethics, culture, social stability, and fosters creativity.
                Promoting learning and life skills.
                Promote good family relationships.
                This could include inspiration from role models, content about leveraging cultural resources to create added economic value, entertainment, or content related to climate change.
              2. A project to produce television series with content that promotes media literacy, information literacy in the digital world, and how to deal with online threats or
                Preparing for the digital society.
              3. A project to produce animated cartoons with content that promotes learning and life skills for children and youth.
              4. A social awareness campaign project to promote online safety and alert, using memorable content.
                Widely known or prevalent among the general public.

              Types of cooperation funding

              The limit is not more than 60,000,000 baht.

              The project or activities have a scope focused on developing and promoting safe and creative media in the long term. The project can be continued after its completion in the following areas:

              1. Media production for children and youth.
              2. Developing the capacity of producers of safe and creative media.
              3. Developing the professional capabilities of journalists to produce safe and creative media.
              4. Activities to promote skills and educate people about unsafe and unconstructive media.
              5. Collaborative activities of organizations to promote safe and creative media.

              Some types of funding available for large-scale projects.

              The limit is not more than 40,000,000 baht.

              To create safe and constructive media.
              At the national and international levels.

              1.  It is an organization that exists as a legal entity, specifically a limited liability company registered in Thailand.
              2. Must have at least 3 published works at the national or international level, and each project must have a budget of at least 10,000,000 baht.
              3. The document includes project details, project value, business plan, investment proportions within the project, and proportions of capital requested for support, as well as proposals regarding benefits and intellectual property.
              4. Proposed projects must have a value of 30,000,000 baht or more. The fund will consider providing support at a rate of not less than 20% and not more than 50% of the project investment.
