“Innovation media develops safe, constructive and creative knowledge”

In disruptive technology era, the modification of media producer and consumer’s behavior is necessary. “Innovation” is the key guideline for this adaptation to survive in the modern world. And the “Innovative Media” inevitably plays an important role in developing safe and creative media.

28 Feb 2020, Quartier CineArt, The EmQuartier Thai Media Fund (TMF) together with Ministry of Culture and Quartier CineArt held a Talk on the topic of “How to create safe, creative and constructive media innovation?”. On this occasion, the organizers were honored by Mr. Poramase Ngampiches, Vice Minister of Culture, to give an opening speech.

The event started with a session on the topic of “Media Innovation” with the following three experts in mass media sector as panelists: 1. Pongsuk Hiranprueck, Beartai.com 2. Suvita Charanwong, Tellscore Thailand 3. Pathom Intrarodom, Creative Digital Economy, Board of Trade of Thailand

The last session was the panel on “The guideline to create innovation?”. The panelists were 1. Surachet Atsawaruanganan, Vice Chairman of Media Advertising Department of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited. 2. Varach Karuchit, Chairman of Subcommittee on Media Innovation, Thai Media Fund

This session aimed to develop sustainable media by safe, constructive and creative innovation.

The representatives from Agence France – Presse (AFP): Mr. Philippe MASSONNET, Asia-Pacific Regional Director, Mr. Stephane DELFOUR, Directeur, Bureau Chief, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, Mr. Tim HARDINGHAM, Broadcast TV Business Development Executive for Asia Pacific, and Mr. Weratha BORVORNVANITCHAPONG, Sales & Marketing Manager had a meeting with TMF Team: Mr. Wasan Paileeklee, Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Wanida Winichakul, Director of Administration Department at Thai Media Fund Office. The objectives of the meeting are to find a possibility in collaborating between TMF and AFP and to discuss on Fact Checking Training.
