We invite media creators to submit their safe and creative media works published between 2561 and 2563 to participate in the NokFah Project under the concept of -3 + 6 + 1, a Safe and Creative Media Award Project to promote and support the development of safe and creative media in 2563, funded by the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund.
"If you are confident that your media is safe and creative," the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund invites the general public and government and private sector organizations to submit entries for the 2563 Safe and Creative Media Recognition Program, also known as the "Blue Bird Project." This program is part of the work plan of the Sub-committee on Monitoring Unsafe and Uncreative Media, in collaboration with 24 universities nationwide.
The primary objective is to campaign for, promote, and support the development of safe and creative media, as well as to encourage media professionals and producers of safe and creative media to be proud of themselves, be honored, serve as positive role models for society, and to further expand the adoption of safe and creative media.
The project is accepting applications from media producers in 8 categories: 1. Radio 2. Television 3. Film 4. Print Media 5. Online Media 6. Local Media 7. Advertising/Public Relations 8. Innovative Safe and Creative Media.
These are works published between 2561 and 2563, and the evaluation criteria are -3 +6 +1, which include:
-3 means that the lack of safety measures means that sexual content, violent behavior, and inappropriate language must not be presented.
+6 refers to promoting the development of quality of life for individuals and society in six areas: 1. Content that promotes critical thinking; 2. Promoting academic knowledge; 3. Promoting and developing morality and ethics; 4. Promoting life skills; 5. Promoting learning, acceptance, and understanding of diversity; and 6. Promoting the development of good relationships within the family.
And +1 means that the creative production process requires the use of science and art in an engaging way, enabling innovative access to media consumers through participation.
The process will provide opportunities for citizens and students to participate through the screening process of partner universities nationwide. The survey data will contribute to the evaluation of safe, creative, high-quality, diverse media that is beneficial to viewers, reflects positive cultural values, promotes democratic governance, and encourages and supports more socially constructive program content.
The project is accepting applications from today until May 10, 2564.
