This also aims to drive beneficial issues towards social participation, while building a knowledge base in various fields to support the creation of safe and creative media. build "Participation" This involves the government sector, private sector, the public, and non-governmental organizations, by creating a coordination model to achieve efficiency and sustainability. build "Media literacy" and "media monitoring" Stakeholders involved in promoting media literacy in Thailand should collaborate, network, and pool resources to prepare for integrating media literacy into the education system. This includes providing information and other resources to support media literacy promotion, supporting research to develop in-depth knowledge of Thai media and communication behavior, and developing indicators of media literacy levels. A funding source should be established to create a "media literate" society primarily for children, youth, and families. Furthermore, a role in media monitoring should be played, emphasizing collaborative scrutiny, creating databases, developing innovations, working on specific issues with diverse target groups, building informed citizens, fostering strong networks, and mobilizing through public communication. The Safe and Creative Media Development Fund, the Center for Moral Development (under the supervision of the Minister of Culture), and other relevant media production agencies should play a role in supporting the production and creation of media content that promotes and raises ethical awareness, disseminating it to people of all ages so they can choose to consume positive media.
