Outpatient treatment guidelines. "Find, give away, done." For COVID-19 patients, this is a new treatment approach that complements the current hospital admission system (including hospitals and partner hospitals), field hospitals, community quarantine, and home quarantine.
Procedures for entering the treatment system. As follows:
- If you experience respiratory symptoms or have a history of high-risk exposure, and your self-administered ATK test yields a positive result,
- Call the hotline number 1330, the National Health Security Office (NHSO) hotline.
- Please seek services at the Respiratory Clinic (ARI Clinic) or the Suspected Infectious Disease (PUI) clinic, which are available at all hospitals.
- If you have a risk factor, contact your covered hospital for assessment. Risk factors include being in group 608, having high-risk chronic underlying conditions, or being pregnant. Mild COVID-19 symptoms will allow for home, community, hotel, or hostel quarantine. However, if you have a high-risk factor and severe symptoms, you will be admitted to a hospital for treatment.
Once a doctor assesses that the patient is ready and there are no risk factors, outpatient treatment and home isolation are possible, the doctor will prescribe medication based on the severity of the illness.
