(December 14, 2023) The Safe and Creative Media Development Fund has launched an online library showcasing five categories of Buddhist media in a virtual exhibition format. This is the second annual event, titled “The 2nd Annual Buddhist Media for Peace Festival.” “Good Dharma Media” serves as an online library containing over 100 additional media items promoting Buddhism, aiming to make Dharma easily accessible and widely applicable to daily life for people both domestically and internationally. The concept is “Access Dharma anywhere, anytime, with just a touch of your finger.” The exhibition is divided into five main categories: 1. Observing Dharma, 2. Listening to Dharma, 3. Reading Dharma, 4. Discussing Dharma, 5. Traveling to Dharma.

The event also included on-ground activities held on Wednesday, December 13th and Thursday, December 14th, 2023, featuring various activities such as a "Dharma...Guiding the Mind, Media...Guiding the Heart" Walk Rally, and seminars on "Sermon Talk" on the topics of "Happiness through Dharma" and "Good Dharma Media," with invited speakers and artists knowledgeable in and studying Buddhism, including Phra Suthiwachirapatiphan, Assistant Abbot of Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimonmangkalaram; Phra Thepwachirachan, Assistant Abbot of Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimonmangkalaram; Ms. Ornuma Kasetphuechphol, a media representative; Ms. Wani Inphut; Mr. Ploen Phromdaen, National Artist in Performing Arts, Thai Country Music, 2012; and Dr. Thanakorn Srisukhsai, Manager of the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund, who served as the honorary moderator. Furthermore, the event provided a platform for children and youth to showcase their creative knowledge and abilities in Buddhism. A short video contest titled "I Learn Dhamma" was organized on the theme of "Offering Buddhist teachings in Daily Life," with total prize money exceeding 50,000 baht. All winning entries will be showcased in a virtual exhibition.

Col. Dr. Thanakrit Ekayokya, Deputy Manager of the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund, Buddhist network representatives, distinguished guests, and members of the media. The event concluded with a concert by Anan Mike Thongkham, which attracted a large number of participants and enthusiasm.
