Delicious medicine

This program, with English subtitles, presents Thai cuisine under the concept of "Thai Food: The World's Most Delicious Medicine." It showcases Thai ingredients in dishes with medicinal properties, highlighting their value and the culinary creations of leading chefs who transform these ingredients into exceptional dishes. The aim is to elevate Thai food and ingredients beyond mere dining, emphasizing the concept of eating food as medicine.

Project success

product: The 8-episode documentary series, each 30 minutes long, was broadcast on Amarin TV and online platforms such as Facebook and YouTube: OsothOcha. It achieved a total reach of 1,071,380 views, broken down into 698,000 views via television and 374,380 views via online platforms.

result: The community became more aware of adding value to local Thai ingredients, while viewers gained knowledge about the medicinal properties of the ingredients and were inspired to use them in preparing dishes.
