The Safe and Creative Media Development Fund, in collaboration with the Digital Television Association (Thailand) and the Federation of Radio and Television Professional Associations, is organizing the "Producer Development Course for Broadcasting and Television (The Producer) - 2nd Edition," which officially commenced on January 24, 2569.
At the Royal River Hotel, Bang Phlat District, Bangkok, following the commencement of the training, the project has continuously conducted teaching and learning activities according to the planned schedule. Currently, the training has reached week 13 out of a total of 20 weeks. The project is scheduled to conclude on June 20, 2569.
Throughout the program, highly qualified speakers from various sectors have shared their knowledge and direct experience with trainees, fully encompassing the prescribed curriculum. This included academic lectures, exchange of ideas, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to enhance understanding of the diverse aspects of program production in the current media context.
In addition to classroom learning, the program also includes field trips to both central and regional areas to provide trainees with real-world experiences and comprehensive knowledge, enhancing the effectiveness of the training. Furthermore, trainees are divided into groups for discussions on assigned topics to develop analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, before progressing to the production process of actual projects, including news programs and variety shows.
The trainees demonstrated attentiveness and continuous participation in the learning activities. They actively asked questions, exchanged ideas, and engaged in constructive discussions with the instructors and fellow trainees. This resulted in a highly engaging and beneficial training environment. They are able to apply the knowledge and experience gained to produce high-quality media that aligns with the evolving media industry in the present era.
